This is Me: Embracing Life's Quirks and AdventuresHey there, fabulous reader! Buckle up because you're about to embark on a whirlwind journey through the wonderfully wacky world of yours truly

Uniquely Me:

Imagine this: a grown adult with a heart-pounding, knee-shaking fear of... wait for it... dogs! Yep, that's right. My childhood trauma involving a mischievous doggie led to this irrational fear that still gives me the jitters to this day.

Now, picture this: shelves upon shelves adorned with jars of sand from across the globe. From the sun-kissed beaches of Bali to the rugged coastlines of Iceland, my sand collection is a testament to love for sand between my toes (even though the beach is one of the scariest places for me because fact number one).

But wait, there's more! Journaling has been my trusty sidekick since day one. I'm talking about a lifetime of scribbles, doodles, and heartfelt confessions tucked away in my remember box and diaries—a treasure trove of memories, including the candles on my 18th birthday cake.

Did someone say athletics prodigy? Yep, that's me! I kicked off my athletic career at the tender age of four, showing and shot putting my way to greatness. Fast forward to my teenage years, and I found myself hurling discs like a champ, earning the title of East German junior champion not once, but twice! And hey, I even snagged a spot on the Olympic 2000 team before a pesky back injury threw a wrench in my plans. This was a huge rug from under my feet moment (sad).

Oh, and let's not forget the Berlin Wall—because where else would you find me during its historic fall, if not smack dab in the heart of Berlin. This was one of the weirdest experiences of my life. Barely comprehendible at the time.

Now, let's talk about my move from Germany to England—baby bump and all. With just one bag, a smattering of pigeon English, and a bun in the oven, I embarked on this wild adventure of creating a life for me and my family from scratch (so many amazing friends and family to thank for their help and support, as well as some tough lessons learned).

Yes, my first-ever concert was David Hasselhoff and Justin Bieber as a second, many years later—yes, I'm a Belieber!

Ah, yes, the spinach mystery. Despite being told I'm allergic, I can't seem to resist its leafy allure. Sea shells? Why know all the different types?

And don't even get me started on my transformation from workaholic to self-care guru—because let's face it, sometimes you gotta swap the hustle for a little R&R.

Did I mention I'm also a passionate Mindfulness, Leadership Integration & Executive coach? Yep, that's right! I'm here to help individuals overcome those rug-under-the-feet moments and empower leaders to become CEOs of tomorrow, making the workplace feel like a hobby. Let's conquer the world together! 🌟

Described in a Nutshell:

People have called me many things: human (lol), honest, insightful, integral, and passionate about helping others. I'm a good friend, hardworking, loyal, loving, and caring—nurturing to the core. An active listener, authentic and tenacious, thoughtful, fun, and just a tad bit crazy. I'm supportive and always eager to grow—because life's too short for anything less!

So, there you have it—me in all my quirky, adventurous glory. Thanks for tagging along on this crazy ride, and here's to embracing every twist, turn, and spinach leaf life throws our way!

With love and sparkles,

Sue
